Course descriptions

Grades 7–8

Ontario curriculum delivered through personalized learning, interdisciplinary integration projects and block scheduling. Students can take reach-ahead math and extended French; the two-year program includes the BTT1O Information and Communication Technology in Business credit. Arts sampling includes visual and media arts, music, art/design technology and dramatic arts.

Grades 9–12

Core courses across disciplines, with electives including enriched mathematics, Green Industries, entrepreneurship, film, advertising, Food and Culture, healthy active living, musical theatre and technological design. Advanced Placement exam preparation is available in selected subjects; students can reach ahead. The school publishes an academic handbook for the full current course list.

Learning strategies and co-op

Learning Strategies courses support Grade 9 and Grade 11 students. The Grade 11 co-op program includes a 120-hour placement and can earn two diploma credits.
